We determined that there was a problem with their hosting provider.

We deliver a solution

We were able to point the DNS server to our hosting server, configured Google Workspace and re-established email services.

The problem was that our client’s web and mail hosting provider had left the Google Workspace configuration for this project unfinished.

We were presented with a requirement to re-establish express mail service and then complete the migration to Google Workspace.

We routed the DNS servers to our hosting service, where we created email accounts so that the customer could send and receive emails.

Subsequently, we configured the Workspace service:
– We validated domain ownership
– We redirected email traffic to Google’s servers
– We created users and mailboxes

Our client gained access to their email service as required, using Google Workspace.
