3. Products and Services

3.1 Products: CAS offers enterprise technology equipment including:

  • Firewalls and perimeter security equipment
  • Point of sale (POS) systems
  • Enterprise network equipment
  • Technical support service agreements

3.2 Professional Services: For consulting services, project implementation, IT administration, and training, the following documents will be required:

  • Professional Services Agreement: Document establishing scope, deliverables, timelines, and specific project conditions
  • Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): When applicable, to protect sensitive information of both parties

Specific terms for each project will be agreed upon through these independent contracts, which will prevail over these general terms in case of conflict.

3.3 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

4. Prices and Payments

4.1 Pricing: All prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and do not include VAT (16%), which will be calculated and displayed separately at checkout.

4.2 Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (SPEI)
  • PayPal
  • Credit and debit cards (through PayPal)

4.3 Price changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.

5. Purchase Process

5.1 Order confirmation: When placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

5.2 Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. In case of unavailability, you will be notified and offered alternatives or a full refund.

5.3 Processing:

  • Payment by SPEI transfer: Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed (maximum 24 business hours)
  • Payment by PayPal/Card: Your order will be processed immediately after payment authorization

6. Shipping

6.1 Coverage: We ship throughout Mexico.

6.2 Cost: Standard shipping cost is $450 MXN + VAT per order.

6.3 Delivery time: Delivery times vary by location:

  • Monterrey and metropolitan area: 2-3 business days
  • Chihuahua and metropolitan area: 2-3 business days
  • Rest of Mexico: 3-7 business days

6.4 Insurance: All shipments include carrier insurance.

7. Return and Warranty Policy

For detailed information on returns, warranties, and refunds, please refer to our Return and Warranty Policy.

Summary:

  • Electronic equipment does NOT accept returns due to change of mind
  • Manufacturer warranties apply (1 year or more depending on product)
  • Service agreements allow refund of unused hours under certain conditions

8. Invoicing

8.1 Tax Invoice (CFDI): All our products include electronic invoice (CFDI) in accordance with Mexican tax legislation.

8.2 Tax information: It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly provide their tax information at the time of purchase. No changes will be made after the invoice is issued.

8.3 Timeframe: Invoices are issued within 72 hours after payment confirmation.

9. Website Use

9.1 License of use: You are granted a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. This license does not include:

  • Modifying or copying the materials
  • Using the materials for commercial purposes
  • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software
  • Removing copyright or other proprietary notations

9.2 Intellectual property: All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CAS or its content suppliers and is protected by Mexican and international copyright laws.

10. User Accounts

10.1 Account creation: To make purchases, it may be necessary to create an account by providing truthful and current information.

10.2 Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

10.3 Misuse: We reserve the right to cancel accounts that are used fraudulently or abusively.

11. Limitation of Liability

CAS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CAS, its directors, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by third parties due to your use of the site or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the site after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States.

Jurisdiction:

  • For purchases made in the state of Nuevo León, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León
  • For purchases made in the state of Chihuahua, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Chihuahua, Chihuahua
  • For purchases made in the rest of Mexico, the parties will submit to the competent courts of the buyer’s domicile
